Here in the Discovery Bay – Brentwood – Oakley neck of the woods it has been HOT. I do much better in cooler mid- October weather but newborns LOVE this heat. I usually have to advise my clients before I arrive at a newborn photography session to blast the heater so the baby is nice and toasty warm. Today for my newborn session I will be shooting, I just had to advise them leave the air off and maybe we will sit the baby next to an open window to ensure it is nice and toasty.
Newborn photography is so much easier in the heat.
As usual my newborn photography blog post are few and far between. As I have said before you know that I am working when I don’t post on here much. My poor newborn website takes a hit when I am a bit overloaded on editing and emails. It is on my ever long list of things to improve on. I will get there…. one day.
As I am washing blankets and letting my hair air dry because I REFUSE to use a blow dryer in this kind of heat – I figured I would post yet another newborn session that you are yet to see.
He is squishy, and precious, and completely adorable. The perfection on these sweet little newborns is just too much. The rolls though have to be my favorite.
My husband texted me this morning and as a joke told me to “don’t work to hard today.” Ha! Life is good when you get to cuddle and love little babies and take adorable pictures of them. I can’t even fake it to him that I have it rough. I will happily admit I love the excuse to go play with someone’s newborn that I can GIVE BACK.
